Pure peace of mind that your pet is in the best hands.

Your dog's welfare comes first. Walks may be adapted, shortened or rearranged where weather conditions make walking unsafe.

Dog Walking

• More than 48 hours' notice: No charge.

• Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the booking fee is payable.

• Less than 4 hours' notice or no-show: 100% of the booking fee is payable.

• Regular recurring bookings: Customers should give as much notice as possible if they need to permanently change or cancel a regular booking.

Pet Sitting & Home Visits:

• More than 7 days' notice: No cancellation charge.

• 3–7 days' notice: 50% of the booking fee.

• Less than 72 hours' notice: 100% of the booking fee.
